  Introduction to the system

1) The system applies the internationally advanced non-ash-way
sectional measurement technology, with the fume flow field 
flowing in the flue as the object to be measured, let the microwave be vertical to the fume flowing direction and rapidly cross the whole flue field, and the measurement to ”°sectional ash sample”± is completed instantly (20ms). The successive on-line measurement is realized really.
2) It fundamentally avoids the problem for traditional 
microwave to measure coal products:
  • The problem of sampling representative
  • Solution of ash way jam
  • Quickness of measurement cycle
  • Influence of coal variety change

3) It applies high quality and adjustable microwave resource, which greatly enhance the anti-interfere of the system.
4) The optimized system design is simple and reliable, and operation is stable free of maintenance.
5) The colored liquid crystal display is of friendly interface and Win98 software platform is convenient for operation.

Measured point is installed at the vertical pipe section (or horizontal pipe section) between the outlet of the air preheater to inlet of the dust remover.
